Ai Wallpapers Mobile Application End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Aiwallpapers, (“Licensor”). This EULA governs your use of Aiwallpapers (“Licensed Application”). By downloading, installing, or using the Licensed Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
a. Scope of License
Licensor grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Licensed Application on mobile devices that you own or control, subject to any terms and guidelines applicable to the device or app store. You may not distribute the Licensed Application over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously, copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application, except as explicitly permitted by this EULA.
b. Subscription & Auto-Renewal Warning
The Licensed Application offers premium features through an auto-renewing subscription. The subscription will automatically renew unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your account settings after purchase.
c. Data Usage Consent
You agree that Licensor may collect and use technical data and related information to improve its products or provide services or technologies to you, so long as it does not personally identify you.
d. Payment & Refund Policy
Payments for subscriptions to the Licensed Application are subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the app store from which you made the purchase. Licensor does not control or manage refunds, and all requests for refunds must be directed to the app store.
e. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by either you or the Licensor. If you fail to comply with any terms of this EULA, it will terminate automatically, and you must cease all use of the Licensed Application.
f. External Services
The Licensed Application may provide links to third-party services or websites. Licensor does not endorse and is not responsible for these services. You acknowledge that you use them at your own risk.
g. No Warranty
The Licensed Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
h. Limitation of Liability
Licensor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Licensed Application; or (b) unauthorized access or use of the Licensed Application.
i. Export Law
You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export restrictions and regulations and will not transfer, or encourage, assist, or authorize the transfer of the Licensed Application to a prohibited country or otherwise in violation of any applicable restrictions or regulations.
j. Governing Law
This EULA and the relationship between you and Licensor are governed by the laws of EU, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
k. Age Requirement
You must be 13 years of age or older to use this Licensed Application. If you are under 13 years of age, please have your parent or legal guardian review and accept this EULA on your behalf.

If you are a parent or legal guardian, and you have questions or concerns about your child’s use of the Licensed Application, please contact us.
m. Changes to this EULA
Licensor reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Your continued use of the Licensed Application will indicate your acceptance of the revised EULA.
By clicking the “I Accept” button, installing, or using the application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.
